EXCELLENT CAR CARE FL BODY SHOP gives notice that on 02/03/2026 at 8:00 AM, the following vehicle may be sold by public sale at 16689 S.W. 117 Avenue, Miami, FL 33177, (305) 506-5763, to satisfy the lien:

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, white

The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to Section 713.585, F.S., and the vehicle may be sold to satisfy the lien. The lien is claimed for labor, services performed, and storage charges, if any, and the amount due in cash on the day of the sale would redeem the motor vehicle if paid to the lienor.

At any time before the date of the sale or proposed sale, the owner or any person claiming an interest or lien on the vehicle may file a demand for a hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the county where the vehicle is held to determine if the vehicle has been wrongfully taken or withheld. At any time before the sale date, a bond may also be posted to recover the vehicle.
