"Papa" Hemingway Look-Alike Contest

Ernest Hemingway could tell a compelling story in six words. The Pulitzer Prize-winning scribe spent part of his life in the Keys and his legacy hasn’t diminished. Every year as part of Hemingway Days, stocky white-breaded gentlemen duke it out in a look-a-like contest as a homage to the writing Man’s man. About 122 entered the contest at Sloppy Joe’s Bar in Key West, Florida.Â
