The Miami Southridge Spartans are preparing for another challenge as the high school football season enters its final weeks.
Southridge is scheduled to host the Dillard Panthers on Friday, October 23, at 7:30 p.m.
The Spartans have shown improvement during October after struggling through much of September.
On October 1, Southridge edged rival South Dade 23–22 in a closely contested matchup. The victory was followed by a commanding 45–0 road win over Everglades on October 9.
Those two victories helped the Spartans recover from a stretch of difficult games against several South Florida opponents.
Friday's matchup with Dillard offers Southridge another opportunity to measure its progress before the final week of the regular season.
The Spartans are scheduled to conclude their regular-season schedule on October 30 against Miami Jackson.
