A Redland rancher who represented himself has won an appeal against Miami-Dade County Code Enforcement. A three-judge panel of the 11th Judicial Circuit found he was denied procedural due process over a citation for stacked shipping containers and ordered the citation, penalty, surcharge and costs vacated.
