Palmer Trinity Baseball

South Dade baseball picked up another key district win, defeating Southridge, the only team to hand them a loss this year, 3-1.

  Kendrick Pico threw a solid game on the mound, earning his fourth win this year, allowing just one hit over three and one thirds innings pitched while striking out five batters.

  Gabriel Crus was once again key to South Dade's victory, going 2-for-3 with an RBI.

Jhan Barrios was also strong, going 1-for-3 with an RBI as well.

Palmer Trinity Blasts Marathon

  Palmer Trinity baseball defeated Marathon in a dominant 11-1 win, supported by a stellar performance by Blake Miller.

  Miller pitched a complete game, allowing just one hit

while striking out eight batters faced for the Falcons.

  Zach Peckins led the offense with three hits, two doubles, and one RBI.

  Justin Kross added two hits, including a home run and three RBI.

  James Jones finished with a hit and two RBI for Palmer Trinity.

Coral Reef Wins Big

Coral Reef baseball picked up a much-needed victory, defeating Miami High in an 8-2 win.

  Pitcher Jake Sheeder picked up the win for the Barracudas, helping propell Coral Reef to their fourth win of the year.

  Tyler Everett led the offense, going 2-for-3.

Coral Shores Mounts Comeback

  CoralShores looked to be on the losing end of their recent matchup with rivals Marathon, but a late comeback gave the Hurricanes a thrilling 11-7 win.

  Sean Walters got the comeback started with a single that scored Fernando Garcia from third base.

  Ty Harrelson then drove in Kyle Couty to draw the score even at 5-5.

  Cameron Carter later doubled to drive in two runs, followed by Kyle Gates' single for an RBI.

  Jose Lima, Dalton Falcucci, and Garcia then added RBI's as well to the offensive burst.

  In the end, CoralShores defeated their local rivals, and picked up the critical victory.

Coral Reef Softball Dominates

  Coral Reef softball picked up a 5-0 shutout victory over Southwest, thanks to stellar pitching from Rebecca Sutton, who threw a complete game with six strikeouts.

  Janessa Casanas was impressive at the plate, going 4-for-4 with and RBI and a run.

  Amanda Grullon went 2-for-3 with three RBI to give Coral Reef their tenth win of the year.
