Two events may slow traffic this Saturday, Nov. 10. Motorists are asked to note the times, plan accordingly and be patient.

• Upper Keys traffic to be temporarily diverted Saturday morning for the bridge run.  Northbound traffic at Mile Marker 106 will be diverted from U.S. 1 to Card Sound Road from 6 a.m. to approximately 10 a.m. Saturday due to the First State Bank Key Largo Bridge Run.  Southbound traffic will not be impacted.

• About an hour after the bridge run, motorists will begin seeing southbound bicyclists on Card Sound Road.

The Tour De Force 9/11 Memorial Bike Ride will start making its way onto Card Sound Road about 11 a.m.

About 100 to 200 riders will ride down Card Sound Road into Key Largo. They will cross U.S. 1 at Mile Marker 106 and continue south to Mile Marker 97.

Their estimated time of arrival a Mile Marker 97 is between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
