The Rotary Club of Homestead held its installation dinner last week at Schnebly's Winery.

Pictured from left are outgoing club president Dale Machesic with club treasurer Phil Marraccini and incoming president Steve DeGrave.

Service Above Self was the theme of the evening as the room full of club members and their spouses shared what it means to be a Rotarian. Worldwide, Rotary projects include ridding the planet of polio and making clean water a reality for all.  Locally just a few of their causes include helping to send hundreds of young people to college and they contribute to keep the Homestead Soup Kitchen in service.

Rotary is doing its part to make the world and our community a better place.
