Local entrepreneurs celebrate their completion of the Accelerate South Dade program.

Accelerate South Dade (ASD), the District 8 Small Business and Nonprofit Incubator, is accepting applications for its Cohort II program.

This unique and innovative business incubation program is designed to give early stage business owners access to dedicated office space, co-working

facilities, expert coaching, consulting, web design services, and much more. These services are offered to South Dade entrepreneurs at a 90% discount and are ideal for those who are ready to accelerate growth, while keeping fixed costs down.

Founded in 2017, by Commissioner Daniella Levine Cava in collaboration with Leroy Jones of the Neighbors and Neighbors Association (NANA), Accelerate South Dade is managed by Danilo Vargas and is uniquely focused on

stimulating the local economy by helping entrepreneurs create opportunities for themselves and others.

“I have created this community resource center to help our small businesses and nonprofits expand, prosper and thrive,” noted Commissioner Cava.

Accelerate South Dade is the only entrepreneurship center of its kind in all of Miami-Dade county, offering assistance to county residents—from those who are considering entrepreneurship as a viable career path, to those who have made the leap but are looking to dramatically grow their revenue and profits.

In addition to business coaching, consulting and web development services, Accelerate South Dade also offers a “CEO Book Club”, monthly networking get-togethers known as “Reciprocity Parties”, and cutting-edge seminars on money, productivity, and entrepreneurial success.

Accelerate South offers three levels of support services, which range from FREE to $250 per month for full support. The incubator is located at 10700 Caribbean Blvd, Suite 301 in Cutler Bay, Florida. You can contact them at 786-732-0774.
