The City of Homestead, Florida requests to contract for, by means of sealed bids:


BID #202004

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, for the improvement to the existing roadway surface area, including adjacent shoulders and re-surface roadways in areas as designated in writing, on an as needed basis, as listed and specified herein and on the Bid Form which is and does become a part of this Bid. These services shall only be performed when requested by the City via a task order/purchase order.

Pursuant to subsection (t) “Cone of Silence,” of Section 2-11.1 “Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics Ordinance” of Miami-Dade County, public notice is hereby given that a “Cone of Silence” is imposed concerning this City’s competitive purchasing process, which generally prohibits communications concerning the RFP until such time as the City Manager makes a written recommendation to the City Council concerning the competitive purchase transaction. Please see the detailed specification for the public solicitation for goods or services for a statement fully disclosing the requirements of the “Cone of Silence.”

No further Bid’s will be accepted after Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., at the City Clerk’s Office, located at New City Hall 100 Civic Court Homestead, FL 33030. The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities or technicalities in proposals or reject all proposals or any part of any proposal they deem necessary for the best interest of the City of Homestead, Florida.
