The City of Homestead, Florida requests to contract for, by means of sealed proposals:

TENNIS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES

RFP #201915

The City of Homestead, hereinafter referred to as the City, as represented by the Parks & Recreation Department, is seeking proposals from experienced and capable community based organizations interested in operating tennis programming and related activities at JD Redd Park. The operation includes the use of the pro shop and six (6) tennis courts.

Interested Proposers may obtain a RFP packet by visiting the City’s website at http://www.cityofhomestead.com/

bids.aspx.

Pursuant to subsection (t) “Cone of Silence,” of Section 2-11.1 “Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics Ordinance” of Miami-Dade County, public notice is hereby given that a “Cone of Silence” is imposed concerning this City’s competitive purchasing process, which generally prohibits communications concerning the RFP until such time as the City Manager makes a written recommendation to the City Council concerning the competitive purchase transaction. Please see the detailed specification for the public solicitation for goods or services for a statement fully disclosing the requirements of the “Cone of Silence.”

No further RFP’s will be accepted after Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., E.S.T. Proposals shall be delivered to the City Clerk’s Office, located at City Hall, 100 Civic Court Homestead, FL 33030. The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities or technicalities in proposals or reject all proposals or any part of any proposal they deem necessary for the best interest of the City of Homestead, Florida.
