The City of Homestead, Florida requests to contract for, by means of sealed bids:

The purpose of this bid is to establish a purchase order, by means of sealed bids, for the purchase of an Omicron CMC-356 test package as well as to provide all materials, parts, shipping, and training from a source that will give prompt and efficient service.

Pursuant to subsection (t) “Cone of Silence,” of Section 2-11.1 “Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics Ordinance” of Miami-Dade County, public notice is hereby given that a “Cone of Silence” is imposed concerning this City’s competitive purchasing process, which generally prohibits communications concerning the RFP until such time as the City Manager makes a written recommendation to the City Council concerning the competitive purchase transaction. Please see the detailed specification for the public solicitation for goods or services for a statement fully disclosing the requirements of the “Cone of Silence.”

No further Bid’s will be accepted after Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., at the City Clerk’s Office, located at New City Hall 100 Civic Court Homestead, FL 33030. The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities or technicalities in proposals or reject all proposals or any part of any proposal they deem necessary for the best interest of the City of Homestead, Florida.
